Allotment Aane Ke Baad Kya Karein (Steps)

1. ITICAT counselling portal pe login (Reg No. + Password) -> allotment result dekho
2. Provisional Allotment Order download karo (3 copies print)
3. DV window me apne Reporting/Nodal Centre pe originals leke jao - DV + admission wahi hoti hai (Verification Slip 2 copies milegi, sambhal ke rakho)
4. Upgradation chahiye? Order download karte waqt opt karo - par apne round ki DV karna phir bhi zaroori hai

Upgradation rule: R2 me upgrade hua to R1 wali Verification Slip ke saath R2 centre pe report karna MANDATORY - warna dono seats cancel. Upgrade nahi mila to purani allotted seat barkarar rahti hai.

• 10th (Matric) admit card + marksheet + certificate
• ITICAT-2026 admit card + rank card + choice slip + confirmation page

• Women's ITIs - sirf women, koi district binding nahi

• Ghabrao mat - R1 me seat nahi mili to automatically Round-2 me consider hoge
• Choice filling miss ki thi to online rounds me entry nahi - sirf offline mop-up ka wait

Muzaffarpur Case (2025): "ITI me seat pakki karwa denge Rs 25,000" bol ke thagi - allotment sirf rank + choice se hota hai, koi setting nahi.

Red Flags:

• "Seat allot karwa denge / upgrade karwa denge paise me" - FRAUD (merit-cum-choice system hai)
• "DV window badhwa denge" - FRAUD (dates official, fixed)
• Fake counselling portals - sirf bceceboard.bihar.gov.in se login karo
• "Private ITI me free seat" agents - recognized ITI + official allotment hi valid
