Post Matric Scholarship Me Kitna Paisa Milta Hai - Course-Wise Official Rates (Bihar PMS 2026)

Bhaiyon, PMS ka form to sab bhar lete hain, par "milega kitna?" ka jawab kahin saaf nahi milta - isliye humne dono welfare departments ke OFFICIAL rate-PDF padh ke poora hisab nikala. Paisa 2 hisso me milta hai: (1) tuition/compulsory fee (course-wise cap - non-govt recognized colleges me) aur (2) maintenance/academic allowance (hosteller vs day-scholar). BC/EBC ki 2026-27 window LIVE hai (15 July-15 Sep) - form bharne se pehle apna course-group aur amount samajh lo.

Part 1: Course-Wise Fee Cap (Dono Categories - Per Saal)

Part 2A: SC/ST Academic Allowance (SAALANA)

Divyang students ko +10% extra; correspondence walo ko academic allowance NAHI.

BC/EBC ka B.Tech hosteller (private recognized college, Bihar): fee cap Rs 15,000/saal + maintenance Rs 750 x 12 = Rs 9,000/saal = ~Rs 24,000/saal tak. Wahi student day-scholar ho to ~Rs 19,200. SC/ST ka wahi course (hosteller): Rs 15,000 + Rs 13,500 = ~Rs 28,500/saal tak. (Institute govt ho to fee actual ke hisab se.)

Income Limit + Zaroori Baatein

• Income limit: BC/EBC ~Rs 3 lakh aur SC/ST ~Rs 2.5 lakh widely reported hai - par alag-alag documents me purane figures (1-1.5L) bhi hain, isliye apne portal/notification se hi confirm karo
• IIT/NIT/AIIMS jaise premier institutes ke alag (bade) caps ki baat aggregators karte hain - official PDF me nahi mila, "Check official notification"
