Bhaiyon-Behno, CBSE ne CTET September 2026 ka notification 11 May 2026 ko release kar di hai! Apply window 11 May - 10 June 2026 chal raha hai @ ctet.nic.in. Exam date 6 September 2026 (reserve 5 September) confirm hai - offline OMR-based. Paper 1 (Classes 1-5) primary teachers ke liye + Paper 2 (Classes 6-8) upper primary ke liye - dono apply kar sakte ho. 150 questions, 150 marks, 2.5 hours, no negative marking. Pass criteria 60% marks. MEGA UPDATE: CTET certificate ab LIFETIME valid hai - pehle 7 saal hota tha. Fee Rs 1200 (Gen/OBC both papers) / Rs 600 (SC/ST/PWD both papers). 27 languages me available including newly added Maithili. Exam city random allot hota hai - no choice. CTET pass karne ke baad Bihar govt teacher recruitment (BPSC TRE) + KVS + NVS + Central schools sab me eligible.

Paper 1 vs Paper 2 - Difference

Syllabus (Both Papers - 150 marks)

Paper 1 (Classes 1-5): CDP + Language I + Language II + Mathematics + EVS - 30 marks each = 150 total.

Paper 2 (Classes 6-8): CDP + Lang I + Lang II + Math&Science OR Social Studies - 30+30+30+60 = 150 marks. Choice: Math&Science (science teachers) OR SST (SST teachers).

Eligibility - Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?

Paper 1 (Classes 1-5): Sr Sec 50%+ + 2-yr D.El.Ed OR 4-yr B.El.Ed OR Graduation 50%+ + B.Ed (NCTE) OR 2-yr Diploma in Special Education.

Paper 2 (Classes 6-8): Graduation 50%+ + 2-yr B.Ed OR Graduation + 4-yr B.El.Ed OR Graduation 50%+ + 1-yr B.Ed Special Education.

Common: No age limit, Indian citizen, unlimited attempts allowed.

Apply Process - Step by Step (20 Min)

Step 1: Portal Registration

ctet.nic.in → "New Registration" click karo.

Step 2: Basic Details

Name, DOB, mobile, email, address → OTP verify.

Step 3: Educational Qualification

Class 10 + 12 marks + Graduation + D.El.Ed/B.Ed details. Year of passing.

Step 4: Paper Selection

Paper 1 only / Paper 2 only / Both - choose karo. Fee accordingly.

Step 5: Language Selection

Language I (medium teaching) + Language II (any from 27 list - Maithili included naya).

Step 6: Exam City Preference

Random allot hota hai - apna preferred state select karo. Exam city change NAHI hoti.

Step 7: Documents Upload

• Photo (passport-size JPG, max 50 KB)
• Signature (scanned JPG, max 30 KB)
• Class 10 marksheet
• Educational qualifying certificate

Step 8: Fee Payment

Rs 1000/1200 (Gen/OBC) ya Rs 500/600 (SC/ST/PWD). UPI/NetBanking/Debit/Credit Card.

Step 9: Submit + Application Number

Application Reference Number + receipt download karo. SMS bhi aayega.

Last date 10 June 2026 - portal last day slow hota hai, jaldi karo.
