Bihar Berozgari Bhatta 2026: Har Mahine Rs 1,000 Kaise Paayein?

Bhaiyon aur behno, agar aap 12th pass kar chuke hain aur job ki talash mein hain, toh Bihar Sarkar aapke liye ek scheme laayi hai, Mukhyamantri Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana. Isko commonly Bihar Berozgari Bhatta kehte hain.

Is scheme ke tahat aapko Rs 1,000 per month milega, 24 mahino tak (total Rs 24,000). Lekin yaad rahe, ye sirf unhi students ko milega jo Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) complete kar chuke hain. Bina KYP ke apply nahi kar sakte.

Eligibility - Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?

Ye sabhi conditions meet karni hogi:

1. Age: 20-25 years (application date pe)
2. Qualification: 12th Pass (any recognized board), Graduate, Post-Graduate bhi eligible hain
3. KYP Certificate: Kushal Yuva Program complete karna MANDATORY hai
4. Domicile: Bihar ka permanent resident
5. Employment Status: Government ya private sector mein koi permanent job nahi honi chahiye
6. Bank Account: Aadhaar-linked bank account (DBT ke liye)
7. Family Income: Rs 3 lakh se kam (approximately, official notification confirm karo)
8. No Other Allowance: Koi aur scholarship/stipend nahi mil raha ho

Sabhi categories eligible hain: General, SC/ST, EBC, BC, Minorities. Ladke aur ladkiyan dono apply kar sakte hain.

How to Apply - Step by Step

Pre-Requirement: KYP Complete Karein

Bina KYP certificate ke apply NAHI kar sakte. Pehle KYP complete karo:

• 240 hours training (English, Hindi, Computer, 80 hours each)
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Final exam pass karo (50% minimum each module) → Certificate milega

Online Application Process

Step 1: Registration

• Visit: 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
• "New Applicant Registration" pe click karo
• Aadhaar number enter karo → OTP verify karo
• Basic details bharo (Name, DOB, Gender, Email, Mobile)
• Password set karo → Registration Number save karo

Step 2: Login & Fill Application

• Login karo Registration Number/Email + Password se
• Personal details, address, educational qualification, KYP details, bank details, aur employment status bharo
• Sabhi sections carefully fill karo

Step 3: Upload Documents

• Upar diye sabhi documents scan karke upload karo (Max 200 KB each)
• JPG/PNG/PDF format mein

Step 4: Preview & Submit

• "Preview Application" pe click karke saari details check karo
• Declaration checkbox tick karo → "Final Submit" karo
• Application form print karo aur Registration Number note karo

Step 5: DRCC Visit (MANDATORY)

• Online application ke baad 60 days ke andar apne District Registration and Counseling Center (DRCC) jaao
• Original documents leke jaao (Aadhaar, 12th marksheet, KYP certificate, bank passbook)
• Application form ki printout bhi le jaao
• Agar 60 days mein visit nahi kiya toh application automatically reject ho sakti hai

Portal pe login karke "Track Application Status" use karo. Status types: Submitted → Under Verification → Approved → Payment Initiated → Payment Successful. Helpline: 1800-3456-444 (10 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Sat).
