Official MVPY portal (ekalyan.bihar.gov.in/mvpy) khud likh raha hai: portal maintenance me hai, application date jald announce hogi - aur maintenance ke dauran bhara koi bhi form INVALID hoga (dobara bharna padega). Portal ke official rules: 12th = sirf Muslim girls; Maulvi = minority girls; Fauquania = minority boys + girls dono. ("Fiqh" wali posts Fauquania ka bigda naam hai.) Date aate hi yahan update milega.

Income max Rs 2 lakh/saal, 50%+ marks, 75% attendance, recognized institution. Amount: 11-12: Rs 3,800-5,000; graduation: Rs 5,000-6,000; professional (B.Tech/MBBS): Rs 8,500-12,000; PhD: Rs 12,000-20,000/saal. (Employed/part-time students eligible nahi.)

Merit-cum-Means (Professional Courses)

B.Tech/MBBS/MBA jaise entrance-based courses; income max Rs 2.5 lakh, age max 30. Amount: Rs 20,000/saal + course-fee reimbursement - highly competitive, merit se.
