Bihar Polytechnic (DCECE PE) me admission ke liye rank card ke baad counselling hi asli stage hai - yahi decide karta hai kaunsa college + branch milega. Ye page counselling ke poore process ke liye hai (result/rank-card alag hai): choice filling > seat allotment > allotment letter download > document verification (DV) > institute reporting > mop-up. • Mop-Up round: seats bachne par hota hai (mode + dates abhi announce nahi - BCECEB notice se; internet ki koi date official nahi)
