Eligibility Kya Hai?

• Education: Graduate degree from any recognized university - Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Law sab chalega
• Final year students bhi apply kar sakte hain (agar exam date se pehle degree mil jaaye)
• Distance education / Open University ki degree bhi valid hai (agar UGC recognized ho)
• Age (as on 01 Aug 2025):
  • General Male: 22-37 years
  • General Female: 22-40 years
  • OBC (Male/Female): 22-40 years
  • SC/ST (Male/Female): 22-42 years
  • PwD: +10 years extra relaxation
• Nationality: Indian citizen + Bihar domicile reserved category ke liye mandatory

Application Fee Kitni Hai?

• Mains application ke liye koi fee nahi thi (government resolution ke through)
• Biometric fee agar Aadhaar linked nahi hai toh lagti hai

Selection Process Kya Hai?

Selection 3 stages mein hoga:

1. Prelims - 150 MCQs, 150 marks, 2 hours. Negative marking 1/4th mark. Sirf qualifying - marks final merit mein count nahi hote. (DONE)
2. Mains - General Hindi 100 (qualifying, 30 marks minimum) + GS-I 300 + GS-II 300 + Optional 300 = 900 marks merit ke liye. Descriptive type, 3 hours per paper.
3. Interview - 120 marks, 15-20 minutes. Hindi aur English dono mein hota hai.

Final Merit = Mains (900) + Interview (120) = 1,020 marks

Mains Tips:

• Answer writing practice daily karo - 2-3 answers per day minimum
• GS-I mein Bihar History aur Geography pe extra focus
• GS-II mein Indian Economy + Bihar Economy important hai
• Optional subject mein quality > quantity - limited topics but deep coverage
• Hindi paper qualifying hai but 30 marks minimum chahiye - ignore mat karo
