Eligibility

• Education: Graduate degree (any stream) from recognized university
• Degree 01 August 2025 tak hona chahiye
• Age: 20-37 years (General Male), Female 40, BC/EBC 40, SC/ST 42
• Age calculate hogi 01.08.2025 ke basis pe
• Nationality: Indian citizen
• Hindi ka basic knowledge zaroori

Kaise Apply Karein?

1. bpssc.bihar.gov.in pe jaao.
2. "Prohibition Dept." tab pe click karo.
3. Advt. No. 03/2026 ka Apply Online link dhundho.
4. New Registration karo, Mobile aur Email se verify karo.
5. Rs 100 fee online pay karo. Registration Number aur Password SMS/Email pe aayega.
6. Login karke Personal details, Educational qualification bharo.
7. Color Photo upload karo (white background, 15-25 KB, last 2 months ki).
8. Signature upload karo, English aur Hindi dono (15-25 KB each).
9. Sab details verify karo, "Confirm and Submit" karo.
10. Acknowledgement receipt download karo aur print kar lo.

Selection Process

Selection 4 stages mein hoga:

1. Preliminary Exam (Screening):

   • 100 MCQs, 200 marks, 2 hours
   • Subject: General Knowledge & Current Affairs
   • Qualifying marks: 30%
   • Prelims marks final merit mein count nahi hote!
   • Top 20x vacancies per category Mains ke liye qualify

2. Mains Exam (Merit Deciding):

   • Paper I: General Hindi (100 MCQs, 200 marks, qualifying only)
   • Paper II: General Studies (100 MCQs, 200 marks, MERIT ISSE BANEGI)
   • Negative marking: 0.20 marks per wrong answer (Paper II mein)
   • Subjects: GS, Science, Civics, History, Geography, Maths, Mental Aptitude

3. Physical Test (PET + PST):

   • Top 6x vacancies per category ko bulaya jayega
   • Details neeche dekho

4. Document Verification + Medical

Q: SI Prohibition aur normal Police SI mein kya difference hai? A: SI Prohibition specifically Madya Nishedh (liquor prohibition) enforcement ka kaam karta hai. Bihar mein sharab banned hai, toh inki duty illegal liquor pakadna hai.
