• DT Electrical/Civil: Full-time regular 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline with min 70% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwBD per some advertisements - check official PDF). BE/B.Tech holders NOT eligible for DT posts
• DT Survey: Civil diploma with Survey subject, 70%
• JOT HR: BBA/BBM/BBS with min 60% marks
• JOT F&A: Inter CA OR Inter CMA qualified
• JTT Survey: 2-year ITI (Surveyor trade) from recognized board

Salary Structure (Best PSU Pay)

Training (1 year): Basic Rs 21,000/month (W2 level) + IDA + HRA + 12% perks = ~Rs 28,000-32,000 gross/month.

After regularization:

• DT/JOT → Junior Engineer/Officer Gr-IV (S1 level) → ~Rs 12.7 LPA CTC
• JTT → Junior Technician → ~Rs 10.9 LPA CTC

Plus: Medical, gratuity, PF, LTC, performance bonus, company quarters.

Exam Pattern - CBT (170 Questions, 2 Hours)

• Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes) | Marks per Q: 1 | Negative: 1/4 mark

• Syllabus weight: Technical 60% + Reasoning 20% + Quant 10% + GA 10%
