3. Education: Minimum 10th pass
4. Category: SC/ST/OBC/EBC/Minority ya Women
5. Caste Certificate: DC level ka valid certificate hona chahiye
6. New entrepreneur hona chahiye, existing registered business nahi hona chahiye

Ye log eligible NAHI hain: Jo pehle se registered business chala rahe hain, government employees, jo pehle is scheme ka benefit le chuke hain, age 50+, jinke paas valid caste certificate nahi, aur jo Bihar ke permanent resident nahi hain.

Selection mein priority: Women applicants ko +10 points, Divyang (PwD) ko +10 points, EDP Training certificate holders ko +5 points, aur higher education walon ko +5 to +15 points milte hain.
