Ye bahut important update hai! Bihar Cabinet ne 2025 mein naya rule approve kiya:

Step 6: Aadhaar OTP Verification (Naya Step)
- Aadhaar number enter karo
- Aadhaar-linked mobile pe OTP aayega - enter karo aur verify karo

Status Check: Portal pe "Citizen Section" > "Track Application Status" > Application Reference Number daalo > Status dikhega.
Certificate Download: Approve hone ke 24 ghante baad > "Citizen Section" > "Download Certificate" > RTPS select karo > Reference Number daalo > PDF download.
