Step-by-Step Online Apply Process
Step 1: MeriPehchaan Registration (Naya - One Time)
- Browser mein serviceonline.bihar.gov.in kholo (Chrome best hai)
- "Citizen Section" mein "Register Yourself" pe click karo
- "Sign Up For MeriPehchaan" pe click karo (National Single Sign-On)
- Mobile Number, Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Password bharo
- OTP verify karo - account ban jayega
Pehle se account hai? Purana password se login try karo. Nahi ho raha toh MeriPehchaan pe naya account banao.
Step 2: Login & Certificate Select Karo
- MeriPehchaan credentials se login karo
- Left menu mein "Apply Online" > "RTPS Services" click karo
- "General Administration Department" select karo
- Apna certificate choose karo: Jati / Aay / Niwas Praman Patra
- Level select karo - zyaadatar kaam Anchal (Block) Level se ho jaata hai
Step 3: Application Form Bharo (Updated Details)
- Naam (English + Hindi): EXACTLY jaisa Aadhaar pe hai
- Father's Name: English + Hindi dono mein (ab mandatory)
- Mother's Name: English + Hindi dono mein (ab mandatory)
- Spouse's Name: Agar shaadi-shuda ho toh (ab mandatory)
- DOB: DD/MM/YYYY format
- Aadhaar Number: 12 digits
- Address: Village/Ward, Post Office, Block, District, PIN
- Certificate-specific: Caste/Sub-Caste (Caste ke liye), Annual Income (Income ke liye), Residing since (Residential ke liye)
- Supporting Documents Details: Kaunse documents available hain wo select karo
Step 4: Aadhaar OTP Verification (Naya Step)
- Aadhaar number enter karne ke baad OTP aayega Aadhaar-linked mobile pe
- OTP enter karo aur Verify karo
- Aadhaar nahi hai? Toh 12 Election Commission approved documents mein se ek upload karo
Important: Aadhaar se linked mobile number active hona chahiye. Agar number change hua hai toh pehle Aadhaar update karo.
Step 5: Photo & Documents Upload Karo
- Photo: JPEG, max 300KB, white background (ya Webcam se live photo le sakte ho)
- Documents: PDF ya JPEG, 500KB se kam
- CamScanner ya Adobe Scan app se clear scan karo
Step 6: Submit & Track
- Review karo, declaration tick karo, Submit karo
- Application Reference Number milega - screenshot le lo
- Status check: Portal pe "Track Application Status" se Reference Number daalo
Step 7: Download Certificate
- Status "Approved" hone pe login karke PDF download karo (approve ke 24 ghante baad)
- Certificate digitally signed hai, legally valid
- DigiLocker pe bhi available hota hai
- SMS pe bhi download link aa sakta hai
